MY Tattoo Studio — terms of tattooing and custom-sketch services
This document is a public offer to conclude a service agreement for tattooing and/or custom-sketch design between MY Tattoo Studio (the Contractor) and the client (the Customer) in accordance with Art. 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection". Booking an appointment, paying a deposit and/or starting the service constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this offer (acceptance).
About us
MY Tattoo Studio is a tattoo studio in Dnipro providing tattooing services and custom sketch design. We work by appointment only, following strict sterility and safety procedures.
Services
The Contractor provides the following services:
- tattooing (based on an approved sketch/reference)
- custom sketch design
- consultation on style, size, placement and aftercare
Booking & rescheduling
Booking is done via the website or messengers. Deposit terms (if applicable) and rescheduling rules are agreed at the time of booking. Please notify us about rescheduling in advance.
Payment & "Pay in Parts"
Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) by non-cash transfer.
"Pay in Parts" by monobank is also available — up to 6 payments with no fees for the customer. You get the tattoo right away and pay gradually.

Disclaimer of liability
The Customer confirms that they have disclosed all allergies, chronic conditions, medications, pregnancy/lactation and other factors that may affect the procedure or healing.
The Contractor is not liable for the outcome if the Customer:
- did not follow aftercare recommendations
- injured the tattooed area during healing
- had individual bodily reactions (skin type, immune response, etc.)
A tattoo is an individual service; the result may differ from the reference due to skin properties, placement and the healing process.
Cancellation & refunds
Tattooing services and custom sketches are personalised (produced to individual order). Once the service has been provided, no refund is available in accordance with Art. 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".
Any deposit (if paid) is handled individually in accordance with the rescheduling/cancellation rules agreed at booking.
Personal data
The Customer consents to the processing of contact data solely for booking, communication and service delivery. Data is not shared with third parties, except in cases required by law.
